Helpful Tips for Completing the Expert Registration Form:
Please Note: If you already registered online with TASconsulting at www.tasconsulting.com, your registration information and profile were carried over to the new TASAnet site (www.tasanet.com). This means that your same bio, password, and ID number from TASconsulting are now on both sites. Please take a moment to log on to the Expert section of TASAnet website and review your profile to see that it accommodates the skills and experience that you want to display.
On the registration page, you will be asked to supply your first name, last name, email address (which will become your username), and password (which you choose). It will also ask you to enter an anti-spam code found in a box on the left-hand side. Enter the code you see on the screen in the "Enter the Code Shown" box. Finally, you will be asked to agree to the Terms of Use, and you will be ready to begin your registration.
Having trouble registering/updating? Here are some helpful tips from the TASA staff:
1. Please click "Save" on the registration page periodically and before clicking "Submit." Should you need to leave the registration page before you finish it, and wish to return later to complete it, please click "Save" on the registration page. Unsaved information may be lost after 2 hours.
2. To determine the number of characters for your bio, copy and paste the text into a Microsoft Word document. Highlight the text and click on "Tools." In the "Tools" menu, click on "Word Count." Look for the number of "Characters (with spaces)."
3. Not all fields are required. You must complete only the fields marked with a red star (*).
4. Your short biography must be anonymous. Include your areas of expertise, your education, and other material that you think will sell your services to a client. Please do NOT include your name or company name, a website, email address, or telephone number.
5. If you are having trouble attaching your CV, email the Microsoft Word document or PDF file to jhill@tasanet.com, and we will attach it for you.
You may be asking, "Why is TASA making me re-register?" We are in the process of transitioning to a more web-based system for forms and data collection. By registering online with TASA, you will be creating an online profile that will be used throughout all The TASA Group, Inc. divisions (TASA, TASAmed, and TASconsulting) relevant to you. In addition, in the coming months, you will be able to use your online profile to manage your expert information, submit billing through TASA's website (www.tasanet.com), and download important business forms.
