About the Experts

Ronald F. Price, P.E., has 39 years of experience in airport and aviation consulting. He is the Principal of QED Airport & Aviation Consultants. Mr. Price is a nationally recognized expert in airport facility planning and development, airspace analysis, instrument procedure design, and obstacle evaluations. His clients include airport owners, airport operators, state aviation agencies, land developers, wind turbine farm developers and attorneys.

Henry A. F. Young, AICP, has 38 years of experience in compatible land use planning and environmental analysis for airports and heliports. Mr. Young is President, Young Environmental Sciences, Inc. He is a recognized expert in airport environmental planning and impact assessment, noise abatement planning, and airport and heliport planning. His clients include federal, state and local governments, airport operators and proprietors, law firms, land developers and private organizations.
