During this one-hour professional development webinar, our presenters discussed what should be included in every expert witness report, the requirements of Rule 26 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, how attorneys use experts’ reports during the life of a case, and specific techniques for making your reports more persuasive and effective.

This was the third of a ten-part series of professional development webinars that The TASA Group, Inc. will be offering to experts during 2010.
