About the Expert

Kenneth D. Graham, Ph.D. is an independent forensic toxicologist and pharmacologist located in suburban Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Dr. Graham is licensed as a pharmacist in Pennsylvania and serves as a consultant in the pharmaceutical industry.

Dr. Graham has 21 years of experience in the forensic evaluation of cases involving alcohol, DUI, drugs of abuse, medication errors, pharmacy practice and clinical laboratory sciences. He has been called as an expert witness in numerous local and federal jurisdictions in the mid-Atlantic region. His services have been retained by plaintiff and defense counsels and insurance companies. Dr. Graham is a member of the American Association of Forensic Sciences, American Association of Clinical Chemistry and the American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in biology, a Bachelor of Sciences in pharmacy and a Ph.D. in Pharmacology and Toxicology from Temple University.
