About The Presenter:

Mr. Francis' extensive experience in the security profession spans both government and industry. Mr. Francis started his security profession as a special agent with the U.S. Air Force Office of Special Investigations. He later served as manager of security for a major division of Lockheed Missiles and Space Co., Inc. He started consulting in 1990 and has provided consultation services worldwide.
