About The Presenter: Bob Jones is an attorney and CPA with 41 years of consulting experience for various large consulting organizations, employer experience, and government service (worked for a US Senator). He has been a frequent instructor in the CEBS program and the Certificate Series for the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and has served on the Editorial Board of Benefits Quarterly since its inception in 1984, and has also served on the Editorial Board for the Journal of Non-Qualified Plans and Executive Compensation. Bob has written articles on various subjects including the largest US survey of severance and change of control for executives in partnership with World at Work.
