About the Presenter: Robert Loderstedt has 28 years of experience in material handling incidents involving pedestrians and equipment operators. He holds a Master’s Degree in Advanced Management from Pace University of New York and has worked and trained extensively with Bill Julio who has 28 years of experience in the retail industry. Mr. Loderstedt has provided testimony in both deposition and court and has worked on 95 retail premises liability cases. He has also provided CLE presentations to law firms and insurance companies.
