60th Anniversary Series: Service, Service, Service

In order to progress professionally, a company needs to know where they stand currently. Jay Rosen was asked to describe TASA in three words, and narrowed it down to one: service. Attorneys have a need that TASA answers in an ethical manner, Jay points out. Even though it may not be necessarily what an attorney wants to hear, the expert will express what they find and provide factual information. In an article on TASA found in The Times Herald, Jay says: "We recognized early on that we're in the service business and the way to build on that is to provide good, honest, fast service...and that's what we're trying to do every day." “We recognized early on that we’re in the service business and the way to build on that is to provide good, honest, fast service … and that’s what we’re trying to do every day.”

To be able to narrow down a business to one central word is a feat in itself. A company may comprise of so many different aspects that this task seems impossible. However, narrowing down a company and reducing it's entire presence into a few select words will help to focus business goals and direction. Words such as dedication, innovation, creativity, or strength form the materials that a company has used to build upon their foundation and towards their future trajectory. Once a company knows what they are using as materials, they can continue to build the company to a successful future.

The following clip highlights the foundation of TASA and how we will move forward. Please check it out and make sure to follow us to keep up with The TASA Times!
