During this one-hour professional development webinar, our presenters discussed what should be included in every expert witness report, the requirements of Rule 26 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, how attorneys use experts’ reports during the life of a case, and specific techniques for making your reports more persuasive and effective.
This was the third of a ten-part series of professional development webinars that The TASA Group, Inc. will be offering to experts during 2010. There is a registration fee of $37.50/webinar, which allows the registrant to attend the live event and download/view the archived recording of the live event. Experts who do not register and attend the live event may view/download the archived recording, which will be uploaded to the Knowledge Center of TASAnet.com approximately 24 hours after the conclusion of the live event, for a fee of $37.50.
