Harassment and Bullying Investigations

TASA ID:

Many of TASA's webinars are applicable to various situations. A recent TASA webinar, How to Conduct Harassment and Bullying Investigations, discusses topics that are relevant in many types of situations. Harassment is defined as "aggressive pressure or intimidation", and bullying is defined as "when an individual or a group of people with more power, repeatedly and intentionally cause hurt or harm to another person or group of people who feel helpless to respond." Activities surrounding harassment and bullying can occur in various situations, causing investigations to be formed.

During this webinar, various issues were discussed such as if investigation is necessary, steps of the investigation, writing a formal report, and various other topics. Please view the webinar above.
