Idea Misappropriation: Protection is Key


Ideas are valuable commodities. Some ideas require a form of protection so they can not be stolen by other entities. Even though ideas cannot be copyrighted or trademarked, there are other ways to protect these ideas for products and services that may be essential to a business. If a fundamental business idea is compromised or stolen by another company, it could effect the business negatively and lead to bad blood within the organization.
