60th Anniversary Series: A Formula for Success

To wrap up 2016 and the final post in our 60th Anniversary Series, we delve into what makes a company more than just a business. In the eyes of the owner, TASA is set apart from other businesses due to one factor; we are more than just a business, we are a family.

A business that mirrors a family contains parallels to family values. Families form a center around certain core qualities, some of which are love, hope, or peace. Employees in a business have a central goal - for the business to be current and profitable. A company's culture also contains some of the same core qualities as a family. In addition, a family has longevity through ancestors and each individuals' commitment towards the well-being of other members of the family. Some companies are lucky enough to have employees that are veterans of the company. In TASA's case, having employees that have been at the company for up to thirty years speaks to the devoutness and happiness at TASA.

In a business, the people are the core.

Being able to walk down the hallway and have a conversation with a coworker boosts camaraderie and friendship within the business. Laughing and learning from mistakes with others builds the strength of the organization. In a business, the people are the core. A business can prosper more if the employees are bonded together. At TASA, we assert this value. See a news article featuring TASA here.
