Description: NAVY/DOD CAREER SYNOPSIS: In 1965, Dr. Warren began his government career at the Philadelphia Naval Shipyard. He became a supervisor in the Main Propulsion and Auxiliary Machinery Branch, and was the engineering leader for a ship trials inspection team. In 1968, Dr. Warren joined the Naval Air Engineering Center as the head of the Cryogenic Section. He created, marketed and developed a unique cryogenic facility for the Center and was promoted to a staff position associated with the Commanding Officer.
