Description: This Harvard Medical School graduate trained in psychiatry and public health at Johns Hopkins Hospital. He did his fellowship training at Washington University Medical School in St. Louis under an award from the National Institute of Mental Health. He has been Chairman of three academic departments of psychiatry. He was awarded the National Alliance of the Mentally ILL Psychiatrist of the Year award for his administrative, teaching and clinical accomplishments
