Description: I worked for a state Occupational Safety & Health program as an OSH Safety & Health Compliance Officer for more than 25 years. I conducted numerous compliance audits of workplaces including fatal and non-fatal accidents. I conducted 75 separate fatality investigations during my employment with the division of OSH Compliance. After recently retired I began my own a consulting firm.
