Description: This expert has over 40 years of experience in mechanical and structural engineering and project management in the upstream and midstream oil & gas industries, including 30 years specializing in pipeline safety, integrity management, and engineering with Sunoco Logistics and with Marathon Oil, where he was most recently Pipeline Integrity Subject Matter Expert for Marathons worldwide assets. He is also currently engaged to provide expert witness services in new pipeline construction siting, and previously involved in several pipeline accident litigations. He also develops and presents seminars about In-Line Inspection and Pipeline Integrity Management to domestic and International audience
