Description: As an Education Law consultant for a county education agency, I worked with the State's Attorney to train U.S. school districts on Mandated Reporting of Child Abuse and Molestation. I testify in Superior courts as an expert. I am a keynote speaker at national conferences on Child Abuse. I was Director of Child Welfare for a U.S. school district. I am also a Professor of Mental Health Law; Forensic Psychology; and Life Span Development. I am state-licensed with over 25 years of experience.
