He has given more than 50 depositions and testified at trial 11 times in the past 25 years. These cases concerned exposures to solvents, pesticides, metals, and petroleum products in the community and in the workplace. He has worked as an expert in cases in which exposure to microbial agents, such as molds and bacteria, were an issue. He has also been involved in product safety evaluations, tobacco smoking cases, and evaluating the safety of medical implant devices.
