Description: Forty years experience in performing as a C.H.P. /D.O.T. compliance auditor, truck/auto collision investigations, review deposition, offer expert reports and testify as an expert witness. Provide in house driver/safety director/mechanic training, loss control specialist and assist a motor carrier, before, during and after CHP/BIT compliance inspection. Perform as a successful negotiator between CHP and the motor carrier during intense operation suspension hearings.
