Description: I have spent 39 years in the auto repair industry. I worked as a Techical Advisor for Chrysler Corp. for the last 21 years , assisting dealers in diagnosing and repairing problem vehicles, performing warranty reviews for the manufacturer on dealers with high warranty costs or low CSI. I served as a DIstrict Service Manager for the same manufacturer for 8 years and I worked as an automotive service technician f0r 10 years.
