On March 18, 2010, at 2 p.m. EST, The TASA Group, Inc., in conjunction with school security experts Andy Demidont and Jack Stollsteimer, presents a critical webinar for attorneys involved with public schools. On February 25, 2010, at 2 p.m. EST, The TASA Group, Inc., in conjunction with security expert Dale Yeager, presented a free, one-hour interactive webinar, "High Liability in the Safe Management of Nightclubs, Bars, Outdoor Entertainment Facilities, and Arenas."  This webinar investigated 5 key issues related to safety and security problems: 1. On February 16, 2010, at 2 p.m. EST, The TASA Group, Inc., in conjunction with Traffic Accident Reconstructionist Frank Costanzo, presented a free, one-hour interactive webinar, "Motor Vehicle Product Liability." The one-hour program demonstrates by case examples the most typical uses of a collision reconstructionist involved in Motor Vehicle Product Liability cases. Example cases include failures of air bags, seat belts, seat backs, child seats, crash worthiness, vehicle design issues and tires. On February 9, 2010, at 2 p.m. EST, The TASA Group, Inc., in conjunction with Dr. John La Puma, a board-certified specialist in internal medicine and expert in medical ethics, nutrition and weight management, presented a free, one-hour interactive webinar, "Weight Loss Drugs and Dietary Supplements: Labeling, Marketing and Usage." During the event, which benefited both plaintiff and defense attorneys, Dr. La Puma covered the following topics: Scope of the Problem, Oversight-Dietary Supplements and Drugs, Improper Marketing/Dietary Supplements-FTC Questions, and Improper Marketing/Drugs-FDA Questions.
