Description: Managed hospitality enterprises for more than 25 years, from Best Western motel to an all-suite hotel. As a special guest of Hilton Hotels, examined operations at eight major hotels in the U.S. and Europe; also researched award winning midscale and Relais & Chateaux hotels. For 18 years taught and directed the Hospitality Management program at a major college. Presented seminars and consulted hotel operators on security, front desk, human resources, and total quality customer service.
