Description: I have been an attorney, negotiator, and consultant in the entertainment industry since 1974, and I am a former studio executive, including at Paramount Pictures, where I was the executive vice president in charge of the business affairs and operations of the Television Division. I have been in private practice since 2004, during which time my clients have included Fox Television Studios and Lions Gate Television, for whom I negotiate deals for network and cable television projects. I also represent individual producers, writers, and players.
