Dental Malpractice: Is there a Case?

TASA ID: 16998

This article was written to help attorneys define the standard of care in dental malpractice cases, more readily evaluate if the standard has been violated and work more productively with their experts.

By: Lawrence J. Fennelly CPOI, CSSM & Marianna Perry CPP, CPOI
