1. We
provide prompt, personal service. Once
you contact us, an experienced TASA Group Expert Referral
Advisor will speak with you to learn about your expert needs,
preferences, and any deadlines.
2.
We’ll ask some basic questions.
Please share case details fully and be as descriptive as possible,
particularly if your request involves complex or technical
issues. Your information will be kept in confidence.
If you’d like help defining the kind of expert or expertise
you need, or assembling a multi-disciplinary expert team,
we’ll be happy to help.
3.
After more than 50 years of referral experience,
we can often provide experts’ names, rates, background,
contact information, and resumes the first time we speak with
you. Most expert referrals are completed within 48 hours.
If, for some reason, it might take longer, we will keep you
informed. In the rare instance that you require expertise
that's not readily available in our network, we’ll conduct
a search just for you. Following every referral, we mail a
written Memorandum of Confirmation to you and the experts,
stating the rates and the terms of our agreement with you.

Only you can decide if an expert is qualified for your situation.
This is your responsibility alone. The initial telephone screening
interview we help arrange gives you an opportunity to ask
crucial questions about an expert’s background and qualifications,
explain your goals, assess the “chemistry,” etc.
It also gives an expert a chance to learn about your needs
and decide if he or she can assist you.
5.
We call you soon after a referral
to see if you and the expert have spoken and if your needs
have been met. If you engage the expert, you work together
directly, and we submit invoices to you as work is performed.
If you’d like additional referrals, we will work on
them immediately. And if you decide not to designate or engage
an expert we have referred, there is NO CHARGE for our services.
